Charles was born on 06/03/1934 in Garnett, Kansas, USA to Oliver Crouch and Lucy Crouch. Charles was preceded by Sarah Crouch, wife; parents Oliver and Lucy Jane Crouch; Brother Leonard Crouch; sisters Agnes Wools and Edith Gaston. He is survived by his siblings:Jim Crouch, of Topeka, Kansas.
