Elvira Villalpando Martinez, 91, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Tuesday, March 7th, at her residence. Elvira was born in Juarez, Mexico on July 12, 1925, a daughter of the late Josefina (Sosa) and Agustin Carlos Villalpando. She worked as an Administrative Assistant. Elvira is survived by daughter, Maria "Vicky" DeFrain and her husband Paul DeFrain and their children Elle-Marie & Jarred and son Martin Gerardo Martinez and his life-partner, Dan Burnstein. Elvira was preceded in death by her husband Francisco Fernando Martinez and her three younger siblings Juan, Hortencia & Francisco Villalpando. Elvira cherished her family & friends and always had a big smile for everyone crossing her path.
