Eunice Fay Barnard (1948-2025)
Eunice Fay Barnard, beloved mother and grandmother, 76, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away in Harrah, Oklahoma on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, leaving a void her family cannot fill.
She was born in Houston, Texas on August 18, 1948, to George and Lena Cude, and was raised to enjoy fishing and her faith in God. Those would be her sources of comfort and joy throughout her life.
Eunice was a devoted mother to Carl Edward Barnard and Grace Eulene Holder her pride and joys. Their births were fifteen years apart, but she felt they were gifts entrusted to her care.
Eunice took special joy in writing poetry, painting, and crotchet. She had fond memories of sharing her art with her family and friends. And any day spent fishing was a perfect day in her opinion.
Eunice was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Belva and Melvinie, and husbands Victor Angelo Green and Charles Elridge Barnard. She is survived by her children Carl Barnard and Grace Holder née Green, their spouses Tammy Barnard and Roger Holder, four stepchildren, and her six grandchildren who will never forget the love and faith she brought to their lives.
She has requested that there be no service and that her children spread her ashes in a private ceremony. Instead of flowers, donations to C.A.S.T. for Kids Foundation in her name are appreciated. https://castforkids.networkforgood.com/projects/56352-c-a-s-t-for-kids-donations
