Gregory "Greg" Lee Knight, age 64, passed away on October 10, 2016 at his home in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Greg was born on July 10, 1952 to John and Carmon Knight. Greg is survived by his wife, Wilma Knight, his son, Ian Knight and daughter-in-law Carrie, his daughter, Tess (Knight) Porter and son-in-law Sam, as well as five beautiful grandchildren: (three granddaughters) Vanessa, Alyssa, and Kylee and (two grandsons) Nathan and Ian. Greg is also survived by one brother, Loren Knight, as well as nine nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two older brothers, Arlis and Terrell. Greg was a retired plumber. He loved spending time with his grandkids, especially fishing or going to the movies or playing musical instruments for them. He also loved riding his motorcycle. He really enjoyed feeding and watching "his" birds. Each morning at 5am, Greg could be found watching Shepherd's Chapel on the TV in the living room. Greg had a strong love for his family and was good at telling jokes when you least expected it. Greg and his wife, Wilma, celebrated their 42nd anniversary on October 4th 2016. His last request was to get out old pictures (the kind that you could hold in your hand ) and share good memories of his life. We love you and will miss you very much. Romans 10:13 Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. John 14:1-3 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
