Jeremy Ray Lunsford

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son and brother, Jeremy Ray Lunsford, due to an aneurysm. Jeremy who left us on May 12, 2024, at the young age of 41. Jeremy was born on February 19, 1983, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Jeremy brought joy and love to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was always ready with a kind word or a helping hand. His laughter was contagious, and his smile could light up a room. His presence brought warmth and comfort to those around him. Jeremy always went the extra mile for people, whether it be for customers or in life in general. If someone called him for help—from the food bank, church, or even neighbors—Jeremy would be there.

Jeremy was a loving son to Charlie and Billie Lunsford and a devoted brother to Jenny Lunsford, Shae Lunsford, and Sarah Ramirez. He leaves behind a family who adored him, friends who cherished him, and a community that will miss him deeply. Jeremy loved his two dogs, Marley and Bella, as if they were his children. Marley passed away about a month ago; Big Bella is still here with us.

As we go through this loss, we find comfort in the countless beautiful memories that family and friends continue to share. Jeremy’s legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to inspire us daily.

A Celebration of Life for Jeremy will be held on June 1, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Mohawk Park, LOT 6.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the food bank, a cause Jeremy was passionate about. Jeremy’s mother, Billie Lunsford, will be making the deliveries to the food bank. You can contact her at 918-951-2913.

Hard working hands now rest

We stood in disbelief

Our hearts became crushed and sore

We saw our duty through until the end

Until we could no more

A life of kindness and laughter

So great, it is beyond measure

Our hearts are full of beautiful memories

So precious that we will forever treasure

You have been life’s greatest blessing

A good friend to all that you knew

Your love for all of the family is so true

We will forever and always remember you

Until the time comes when we meet again
