Joylene Elizabeth Kuhn

Tuttle, OK - Joylene Kuhn, known to most as Joy, passed away on March 27th, 2022 after a long fought battle with cancer.

Joy was born in Miami, FL on April 23, 1968 to James E. Daniel and Juliette A. Daniel. Being part of a military family, she moved around quite a bit before her family established roots in Lusby, MD. She graduated from Calvert High School in 1987.

Joy married the love of her life, Michael Allen Kuhn, SR. on December 17, 1988, and together, they had 3 children.

Joy is preceded in death by her first born daughter, Mary Lynn Kuhn, and also by her late husband of 24 years, Michael Allen Kuhn Sr. She is survived by her parents, James and Juliette Daniel of The Villages, FL; her daughter Catherine A. Huff and her husband Ronald Huff III of Tuttle, OK; her son Michael A. Kuhn Jr. and his partner Corey J. Myers of Apopka, FL; her sister Janice Willams and her husband Bryan Williams of Lakeside, CA; and 3 grandchildren, Dominic, Riley, and Kairi Huff of Tuttle, OK.

The family will be receiving friends on Friday, April 8th 2022 at 11:00 am for a Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady Star of the Sea located at 90 Alexander Lane, Solomons, MD 20688 with Father Kenneth J. Gill officiating.
