Judith Millicent Kemper

Judith Millicent Kemper died peacefully in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on October 28, 2020, at the age of 82. Judy is survived by her husband of 64 years, Homer Kemper. Daughter, Tami Carosielli, and her husband Mike of Broken Arrow. Granddaughter, Amanda Wright, husband Nathan, and great-grandson Kemper Bentley all of Claremore. Son, Brad Kemper, wife Jennifer, and grandson James of New York. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lois (McDowell) Garwood of Miami, Oklahoma. Brother, Robert (Bob) Garwood also of Miami. Judy was born on December 12, 1937, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from Miami High School in 1955. She received an associate degree from NEO in Miami. Judy worked for BF Goodrich, Miami Clinic, and retired as a social worker with the State of Oklahoma. Judy and Homer loved to travel, play golf, and entertain at their beautiful home on Grand Lake.
