Lois Ruth Huddleston

Lois Ruth Huddleston, 78, of Talala, Oklahoma, passed away on January 3rd, 2023.

Lois was born on May 1st, 1945 to HG Byers and Susie Stidham Byers in Hickory, OK.

Lois attended Roff High School where she met her Husband Richard ( Peck) Huddleston . They were married May 24, 1963, just days after her highschool graduation. Lois and Peck have two children, Kevin and Melody.

Lois managed many residential properties in Tulsa, Oklahoma City and even in Texas through out her career as well as working in the office at Big Heart Crude Oil during a break from property management.

Lois enjoyed shopping and always had plenty of everything to share with others. She loved bringing clothing and beauty products to everyone around and taking the grandchildren to the mall. Those who knew her well knew that you would never catch her anywhere with out her fingernails and toe nails being absolutely perfect and even into the very last days wanted her nails done.

Lois was preceded in death by her Husband Richard ( Peck) Huddleston in October of 2023 and was devastated by his loss; she was also preceded in death by her parents HG Byers and Susie Stidham Byers, Brothers AD Byers and Marvin Byers and Sisters Kate Hart and Donna Hampton.

Lois is survived by Sisters Betty Gentry and Linda Rodorigo. Son Kevin Huddleston, Daughter Melody Robinson and Husband Benny.

Grandchildren: Brittany Huddleston-Powers, Colton Roach and Anna Burnett, Trenton and Dominique Roach, Blake Huddleston, Ceaira Rock and John Rosencrans, Ashton and Andre Champion, and Austin Huddleston.

Great Grandchildren: Abigail Roach, Rhett Roach, Grayson Roach, Tyler Powers, and Paxton Powers-Elder.

A celebration of life is being planned for Spring for Lois and Peck and information will be shared at a later time.
