Piliar George Rice

  Philiar George Rice of Owasso, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016, at the Evergreen Nursing Home in Owasso. Philiar was born on June 17, 1927 in El Reno, Oklahoma, to George B. Rice and Hazel (Wilcox) Rice. Mr. Rice worked was an Electrical Engineer in the aviation industry. He is survived by his wife Betty (Hahn) Rice of Owasso. Daughters Becky Whiteley (Greg), and Deborah Burnett (Steve) and son, Gregory Rice (Brenda). Nine grandchildren, sister Rebecca Rice Gallegher and a brother Edmund M. Rice.
